The first thing you are required to do is pay a $50 application fee just to see if you are a good fit for the program. Seems pretty sketchy but I decided to give it a go. Low and behold, I was approved and accepted into the program (I would question if they have ever actually denied someone).

So I login to check out what it is all about only to find out that I now need pay $3,000 to join!! Yep…3 grand. It turns out this whole thing is a front to get you to join into Global Resorts Network. Global Resorts Network is a Multi-Level Marketing company that gets you discounted vacations usually in time share resorts where people are renting out their time shares.

Boy was I disappointed. I can see how Ty Coughlin (the owner of the site) is making so much money with his program because he gets a $1,000 cut on your membership fee into GRN. What I do not understand is why you have to pay $50 just to be told you need to pay another $3,000? Do a search online for “Global Resorts Network” and you will find plenty of GNR reps who would be more than happy to have you join under them without paying a $50 fee.

I can’t give a solid review on the GNR program because I do not really know a whole lot about it other than they claim you can get vacations for $298 and up. They have no phone number on their site and www.reversefunnelsystem.com doesn’t have a phone or email contact. I had several questions about the program but none of my emails to Ty Coughlin were ever answered.

In the end I just requested a refund on my $50 “application fee” and they said they would process the refund. I contacted them by calling the number on my credit card statement since I could find no contact info on their site…which is usually a sign someone is trying to hide something.

I would not recommend this program to anyone unless you want to get into selling $3,000 vacation memberships, and if you did I would just go through someone who doesn’t charge you a $50 fee, which since he is making $1,000 for every membership he sells seems very, very strange to me.

1. $7 Script – This script basically lets you sell a product for any price you want (most people use $7) and it allows affiliates to get paid that $7 directly to their own Paypal account. It is great for recruiting affiliates to promote your product because everyone just loves it when they don’t have to wait to get paid for affiliate sales. And once they start seeing the money going into their Paypal account they tend to promote even more. But how does the product owner make money with it? By using a one-time-offer after the initial sale. I made at least $10,000+ from just this script this year. I also added countless people to my mailing list with it. If you have never sold a product with this script, you need to do so. You will be amazed by the results.

2. Niche Video Site Builder – This product allows you to build sites that are bascially niche YouTube sites. You pick a niche, like golf, and it will build a video site around just that niche by grabbing videos from YouTube. This is all automated and simply to do. And your home page is automatically updated whenever a new video from you niche is added to YouTube. It is a very cool program and I think it has huge potential.

3. My Contact Station – This one isn’t exactly revolutionary but I really like it. It creates contact pages that lets people submit comments or emails from a form instead of you having to display your email address. The purpose is to save you from spammers that harvest emails off of websites. And it works. I have received ZERO spam emails to my email address on the site I am using this script on. I am sure there are free versions out there, but for $7 I like to look and ease of this one.

There you have it, my favorite products of 2007. You will notice that there are no $97 ebooks on the list. There is a reason for that!

Everyone in the internet marketing game knows that to take it to the next level you need to be a product owner and not just an affiliate. That’s not much of a “secret”.

That being said, “The Last Affiliate Secret” does do a good job of walking the beginner or someone who has never created their own product through the entire product creation process. If you have already been around the block you won’t learn a whole lot. I can honestly say I don’t believe I really learned anything from the guide.

I am not trying to be negative about the product but instead just trying to let you know that if you are new to product creation then this is probably a great source of info for you but if you have already created your own products before then you won’t learn to much.

What’s my opinion of it?

Well, I am actually a current member of StomperNet so I will try to
